  1. Hope is future Tense. (Webster)  The Desire for something that a person Believes can be obtained or expects he will get; as, to have hope of succeeding.

  1.   Looking for...  Future Tense

  1. “I’m just hoping and praying some way, some day, some how YHWH will smile on me and my problems will be over.”

  1. Abraham’s faith was predicated entirely upon YHWH’s Word - His promise.  “He considered not his own body.”  He would hear no other voice (Yochanan (John) 10:1-5 a stranger they will not follow!)
