B.        II Timothy 2:15 - “Study” - spoudazo (spoo-dad’-zo) To use speed; i.e. to make effort, be prompt or earnest. 4704 - This word is also found in Hebrews 4:11 - “Let us labor therefore...”

1.         Not to be ashamed

2.         Rightly dividing the Word of Truth - orthotomeo (or-that-ow-eh’-o) to make a straight cut, i.e. (fig) to dissect         (expound) correctly (The divine message ) 3718

a.         3717 - orthos (or-thos’) right, erect, honest, level, direct

b.         5114 - tomoteros (tom-o’-ter-os) to cut  (by a single stoke) *trans:  sharper Hebrews 4:12

c.         Hebrews 4:12 - Dividing soul and spirit; joints & marrow, thoughts and intents.
