 UPDATE - Monday 16th November 2009:

 The biggest story on the Planet today is the outbreak of a very serious Advanced Biological War virus in Europe. The second biggest story on the Planet is the suppression of this story for almost two weeks by the corporate owned mainstream news media.

 There is a lot we know and a lot that we can only speculate on about what is unfolding in Central Europe. We know that in mid-October, less than a month ago, there was a growing number of cases of what many thought was Swine Flu (A/H1N1) in the western part of the Ukraine. We know that many hundreds if not thousands of people in western Ukraine witnessed low flying light airplanes aerosol spraying something over Ukrainian cities during the days of October 29, 2009 and October 31, 2009. We know that beginning the night of October 29th, massive numbers of people
begin to get very sick. We know that the Ukraine government issued a statement denying that it was doing any aerial spraying to combat the growing disease or authorizing any spraying over Ukrainian cities. We know that by October 30th, the Ukrainian authorities closed all schools for three weeks and banded public gatherings.

 We do NOT know what disease the people were/are coming down with. We do know that doctors are describing the disease as Pneumonic Plague, or as some type of hemorrhagic fever, or as hemorrhagic influenza, or as hemorrhagic pneumonia. We know that the illness, whatever it is, does not appear to be A/H1N1. We do not know if the disease is a recombination of A/H1N1 with other viruses or some totally different virus or if it is in fact a virus. We know that the World Health Organization (WHO) has had several days to sequence the genes of the disease but has
failed to release this data.

 We know that WHO has NOT called for the quarantining of the Ukraine or the shutdown of all global travel to/from the area of infection and that this is the same thing that they did when Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) first broke out and that the failure to contain that virus early on ensured its spread throughout the world.

 We know that the internal temperature of the lungs of those with a terminal case of what many are calling ‘Ukrainian Plague’ is often from 130F to 135F. We do know that autopsies show that the lungs are filled with blood, and are black in color, and that the lung tissue has turned to mush. We know that patients who first show any signs of illness usually crash in less than 48 hours, sometimes the same day.

 We know that the disease was spreading by about 200,000 per day but that this has slowed to about 100,000 day now, in the Ukraine, as people take extraordinary steps to contain the spread of the disease. We know that well over one and a third million people in the Ukraine are very ill with the disease (according to published official sources) and that over 60,000 are hospitalized in serious to critical condition. We know that the disease has a very high transmission rate with a likely low amount of viral (if it is in fact a virus) material needed to cause an infection. We know that the official reports of deaths are under 300 in the Ukraine. We also know that it is normal for hospital admissions of people with ARI (acute respiratory infection) to have a fatality rate of from 5% to 10%. We know that non-official sources were reporting over 3,000 deaths several days ago and that this number is more in tune with the 5-10% fatality rate than the official figures.

 We do not know what effective treatments are for this illness. We do know that young adults seem to be more in danger of this illness. We suspect that ‘cytokine storming’ similar to that in the 1918 Spanish Flu, that killed approximately 50 million people, is taking place.

 We know from official Ukrainian Health Ministry reports that the illness does not test out as Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1). We do not know if the existing Swine Flu vaccine has any effect, but based on the non-positive response to Swine Flu in testing, we suspect that the vaccine is ineffective as the viral protean shell is different than A/H1N1 (if in fact it is a virus that causes the illness).

 We know that the illness has spread to Poland, where over one quarter of a million people are now very ill. We know that it has spread to Belarus and to Hungary and elsewhere in central Europe. We know that 900,000 people are said to have Swine Flu in Norway but we do not know if this is related to Ukraine Plague in any way.

 We know that on November 8th a South African site (fto.co.za) carried the following:

 “Suspicious aircraft were forced to land. A US operated (Russian-made long-range heavy transport) AN-124 changed its call sign from civilian to military which then triggered a response from the IAF (Indian Air Force) upon entering Pakistani air space (forcing) the plane to land in Mumbai while (a) second one was forced down by Nigerian fighter jets that also arrested the crew.”

 “According to reports, China’s People’s Liberation Army Air Force contacted the Indian and Nigerian intelligence officials about the presence of these US operated Ukrainian aircraft amidst growing concern that the United States was spreading ‘biological agents’ in the Earth’s atmosphere, which some Chinese officials believed to be an attempt to (commit) mass genocide via the spread of H1N1 swine flu.”

 These aircraft “were carrying ‘waste disposal’ systems that could spray up to 45,000kg (nearly 100,000 pounds) of aerial type mist from sophisticated….nano pipes” in the planes’ wings – called chemtrails.

 We know that Baxter International Pharmaceuticals sent 72 kilos of human influenza H3N2 vaccine materials to 16 labs in European nations which contained live H5N1 Bird Flu viruses. We know that this was only discovered when a Czech lab tested the material on several ferrets (ferrets have a similar respiratory system to humans) and all of the ferrets died in short order. We know that Baxter claimed that this was human error. We also know that such a ‘human error’ is basically impossible with the containment protocols in place at Baxter and any other modern biolabs using
Biosafety Level 3 (BLS-3) lab technology.

 We know that in mid-August a Joseph Moshe, who is a Mossad biological warfare expert, called in to Dr. A. True Ott’s national radio talk show and reported that Baxter was getting ready to release a deadly plague from its Ukrainian lab and that he was shortly meeting with US Attorneys in Los Angles to give evidence about this. We know that shortly thereafter Moshe was apprehended by Federal agents and LA police and taken to the Israeli Consulate. We know that he was quickly flown to Israel and that no further word has come from him.

 We know that over the last three or so years a large number of biological experts, from a number of places all over the world, have died strange deaths and that this has been commented on by various publications in the past.

 We know that the sudden appearance of Mexican Swine Flu (A/H1N1) virtually had to have been a release from a biological warfare lab. We know that A/H1N1 has gene sequences from three different types (American, Asian, and African) of Swine Flu, of Bird Flu, of two different types of human seasonal flu, and of Spanish Flu and that such a recombination is so unlikely in nature as to be virtually impossible. We know that the WHO policies of not requiring a major quarantine of Mexico ensured that A/H1N1 would spread throughout the world.

 We know that the current Swine Flu “Vaccine” is almost totally untested, and that the manufactures are protected from lawsuits for even deliberate acts that result in deaths and that nations acquiring the vaccines are required to sign contracts agreeing not to release negative information on the “vaccine” to the public. We know that published additives to the “vaccine” include highly dangerous-to-human-health substances.

 We know that the corporate owned mainstream news media (with strong links to global banking families) have censored this story in a way that has never happen before. We know that the outbreak of a unknown but deadly and very rapidly spreading disease in Europe is the largest story on Earth but that it is NOT being reported on.

Suspected Hemorrhagic Pneumonia Outbreak Hits Ukraine

On October 29, the Australian web site zik.com.ua reported that:

"Western Ukraine was hit by a severe epidemic of unidentified influenza, tentatively diagnosed by doctors as viral pneumonia. The number of dead has climbed dramatically. Doctors advise Western Ukrainians to stay home and use preventive medicine."

On October 30, Jane Burgermeister's theflu.com reported that:

"More than 30 people have died in the Ukraine as a result of a mysterious new virus that has an affinity for the lungs," according to Swiss reports. Ukraine's Health Ministry said the virus' origin is unknown and showed "no signs of mutating to become more virulent." So far, 40,000 people were reported sick and 951 hospitalized.

On October 30, healthfreedomalliance.org reported that Ukraine's Health Minister, Vasyl Knyazevych, said two laboratories diagnosed 11 of 33 samples tested as "highly influenza A/H1N1." As a result, he considered declaring a nationwide quarantine, even though western areas alone were affected.

Since October 19, 30 deaths, including one child, from "acute respiratory infections," were reported, at first called SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome, a serious form of pneumonia caused by a virus). Influenza A virus affects birds and some mammals like pigs.

The WTO says Swine Flu is similar to seasonal strains. Most cases are mild, and many people recover unaided. Yet it called the virus "unstoppable" and, on June 11, declared its highest phase 6 alert, saying: "The world is now at the start of the 2009 influenza pandemic." On July 13, it stopped just short of mandating mass vaccinations to halt the pandemic's spread.

On its November 1 "Pandemic (H1N1) 2009" update, it said "more than 199 countries and overseas territories/communities have reported laboratory confirmed cases of pandemic influenza H1N1 2009, including over 6,000 deaths."

On November 3, it reported the outbreak in Ukraine, "confirmed (as) H1N1 (based on) samples taken from patients in two of the most affected regions," and concluded that "most (Ukraine influenza) cases are caused by the H1N1 virus.

Infectious disease expert, Dr. Donald Lau, disagrees, saying:

"The statistical probability of this being the same H1N1 virus (is) infinitesimally small." He believes a highly virulent new strain is to blame. Public health authority, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz sees a deadly connection between governments and the drug cartel over dangerous, toxic vaccines. On You Tube, he recently warned that:

"These vaccinations contain highly unstable viruses that easily mutate, because they are 'live active' laboratory mutants that are being administered....People shed these 'live' viruses up to three weeks following vaccination. That means if you haven't been vaccinated, and you get near someone who has and then sneezes, you can get their H1N1 laboratory infection."

He explained that anyone contracting H1N1, from vaccinations or other Swine Flu-infected persons, risks combining it with other internal or environmental viruses, creating a lethal mix that can kill. He expressed great concern about vaccines used to transmit dangerous viruses, capable of mutating into deadly ones, believes this may be happening in Ukraine, and thinks America and other nations may be next.

On October 31, Kiev newspaper editors got dozens of calls about light planes doing aerosol spraying during the day. In refuting the claims, the district's Emergency Response office said "no permission had been granted for small aviation aircraft to fly within the city limits." Yet eye-witness accounts from Lviv, Ternopil, and other Ukraine cities said the same thing.

On November 8, the South African web site fto.co.za reported that last June 26:

"Suspicious aircraft were forced to land. "Then last week, (aircraft) sprayed (an unknown) substance over Ukraine days before the (mysterious) plague outbreak."

On October 30, president Viktor Yushchenko quarantined nine regions, ordered mobile military hospitals established throughout the country, and was expected to declare martial law. Reports from western Ukraine said a "severe outbreak of UNIDENTIFIED Influenza, (is) suspected by doctors to be a form of viral pneumonia."

On November 4, in a nationwide address, Yushchenko cited:

• an "emergency epidemic situation in the country," caused by "infections of viral origin, including A/H1N1 flu (that are) rapidly spreading across Ukraine;"
• "People are dying; the epidemic is killing doctors;"
• "three pathogens of viral infections came to Ukraine at the same time: two of them are seasonal flu and the third is the A/H1N1; according to virologists, such a combination of infections due to mutation may produce a new, even more aggressive virus;"
• "It is generally known that the only way to prevent any infection is vaccination;" Dr. Viera Scheibner, the world's foremost vaccine expert, calls it the worst way as vaccines often cause the diseases they're designed to prevent;
• "in early October," it was known that "viral infections in the west of the country" were spreading;
• "The current Constitution after alterations in 2004 makes the Government solely responsible for conducting state healthcare policy....(by) my decree I put" the National Security and Defense Council (in charge) of decision-making;"
• "Failure to comply with its orders will immediately result in application to the law enforcement authorities."

In other words, Yushchenko declared martial law. He also ordered a crackdown on political protests, the arrest of public health officials opposed to mass Swine Flu vaccinations and quarantines, arrests of anyone not complying, and a ban on all infection medicines except Swine Flu vaccines.

By November 6, Deputy Health Minister, Zinovy Mytnyk, said "633,877 people (were) suffering from flu and acute respiratory infections," and "95" had died.

On November 7, healthfreedomalliance.org updated the totals to "871,037 Influenza/ARI (acute respiratory infection) cases, 39,603 hospitalized, and 135 deaths, and asked if Baxter released a bioweapon in Ukraine, saying "Evidence appears to suggest" it. It cited a February 24 bloomberg.com report that "Baxter Sent Bird Flu Virus to European Labs by Error (containing) contaminated (virus) samples...."

The problem was discovered when inoculated ferrets in a Czech lab died. Austrian health minister, Sigrid Rosenberger, confirmed that Baxter supplied batches "infected with a bird flu virus." Company spokesperson, Christopher Bona, blamed "human error." Others were skeptical, including Austrian journalist Jane Burgermeister.

On June 10, she filed sweeping criminal charges with the FBI in addition to earlier April 8 ones with the Vienna State Prosecutor's Office against Baxter AG, Baxter International and Avir Green Hill Biotechnology AG, "for manufacturing, disseminating, and releasing a biological weapon of mass destruction on Austrian soil between December 2008 and February 2009 with the intention of causing a global bird flu pandemic virus and of intending to profit from that same pandemic in an act that violates laws on international organised crime and genocide."

Baxter operates Biosafety Level 3 (BLS-3) labs that take strict precautions to assure against accidental H3N2 (human influenza) and H5N1 (bird flu) co-mingling contamination. Letting it happen suggests something more nefarious than an accident.

BLS-3 personnel are trained in handling pathogenic and potentially lethal agents and are supervised by competent, experienced scientists. In addition, these labs have specially engineered design features for added safety.

By combining H3N2 and H5N1 viruses, "Baxter produced a highly dangerous biological weapon with a 63 per cent mortality rate. The H5N1 virus is restricted in its human-to-human transmissibility, especially because it is less airborne."

"However when....combined with seasonal flu viruses (easily transmitted by air), a new flu virus is created which is unknown to the human immune system and which will have a severe impact on an unprotected population. A deadly virus of this kind could spread around the world in a short time and (potentially) infect millions (or) even billions of people."

Baxter (via Avir) "distributed (72 kilos of) contaminated (live bird flu) vaccines using false concealment and false labels to 16 laboratories in Austria and....other countries at the end of January/beginning of February, potentially infecting at least 36-37 laboratory staff, who (were) treated preventively for bird flu and ordinary flu." On the same day, 18 Avir employees were as well at Vienna's Otto Wagner Hospital.

Burgermeister cited a Baxter-Avir 2006 contract with Austria's Health Ministry for 16 million vaccine doses in case a bird flu pandemic was declared. This "laboratory incident shows that national and international authorities are not able to fulfill their obligations to ensure the safety of the Austrian people," and indicates they engaged in a cover-up.

"If a pharmaceutical company can breach laws - and almost trigger a bird flu pandemic, which (potentially could spread worldwide) - without being made accountable for it....then there is, de facto, no rule of law on Austrian territory."

She also contends that Baxter's production system, "namely, the use of 1200 liter bioreactors and vero cell technology," meets "the technical criteria to be classified as a secret dual purpose large-scale bioweapon production facility (able to produce) a huge amount of contaminated vaccine material....rapidly."

"If (this) material were added to the 1200 liter bioreactors, it would replicate and infect the entire batch of vaccine material in (it). Contaminated material could (then) be distributed among sections of the population using false labels and secretly marked batches (able to) infect millions of people."

Burgermeister accused high-level Austrian Health and other Ministry officials of knowledge and support of this practice. Otherwise, controls would have prevented it. In June, she named drug producers Baxter, Novartis and Sanofi Aventis; world agencies, including the WHO, UN, and CDC; and high-level officials in Austria, other European countries, and America.

Baxter has a facility in Ukraine. Given the above evidence, it may be behind the current outbreak. A November 1 David Rothscum infowars.com article headlined: "Has Baxter International released a biological weapon," in citing an earlier Huffington Post report on a man named Joseph Moshe, a Mossad biological warfare expert. True or not, he warned, on an August radio program, about "a biological weapon....being made by Baxter International('s Ukraine facility) that would be spread through vaccine and would cause a plague upon its release." Having reported this two months before the outbreak lends credence to his story.

In August, Ukraine was almost influenza free. On October 30, earthtimes.org said only two cases of Swine Flu had been reported. According to fto.co.za, on March 26, reports were that "thousands of Ukrainians refused" to be vaccinated, because of fears about "diphtheria, mumps, polio, hepatitis B, tuberculosis, (and) whooping cough among others. Health officials said (this) could lead to disease outbreaks...." Perhaps unleashing a "biological weapon" is how to convince them and millions elsewhere.

Rothscum confirmed Moshe's credentials, noting that "massive numbers of microbiologists have been dying bizarre deaths." Among them:

• Stephen Lagakos, Professor of Biostatistics and AIDS researcher at Harvard's School of Public Health, died in an October auto collision;
• Malcolm Casadaban, reknown molecular geneticist, died of plague in September;
• Wallace Pannier, noted germ warfare scientist, died in August of respiratory failure;
• August "Gus" Watanabe, former Eli Lilly and Company Executive Vice President of Science and Technology and former head of its Research Laboratories, died of apparent self-inflicted wounds from a .38-caliber handgun; a note left behind cited depression over his daughter's death;
• Caroline Coffey, Cornell University post-doctoral biomedicine researcher, died in June from massive cuts to her throat; and
• Nasser Talebzadeh Ordoubadi, a Mind-Body-Quantum medicine pioneer and discoverer of an antitoxin treatment for bioweapons, died in February of "suspicious" causes.

On November 7, theflucase.com asked:

Is the Ukraine outbreak "the plague? A mutated virus? Or is the plague the cover for introducing a mutated virus?" Citing the South African web site fto.co.za., it wondered if the Ukraine Swine Flu strain "might have mutated (to) pneumonic plague."

It reported Ukraine's Deputy Minister of Health saying his nation has a different H1N1 strain than the rest of the world because of how many were infected so fast. Other officials disagree and suggest this one may have mutated to something else because it "has a much bigger rate of filling the lungs with blood....The plague or virus in the Ukraine has 10 times the mortality rate (attributed to) normal swine flu."

However, unconfirmed reports are that "people are going on as normal....they also say this is fear mongering" to promote voluntary vaccinations. "Everyone is waiting for the gene sequences which will confirm whether this has been hyped up, a real mutated H1N1, or just bad (Ukraine) health services." Perhaps exaggerated illness and death reports to stoke fear and be a pretext for what followed.

Ukraine is now under martial law. Civil liberties are suspended. By government edict, anyone may be criminally prosecuted. Scheduled January elections may be delayed or cancelled. Public demonstrations are banned. Political opponents are prohibited from traveling in quarantined areas. Borders are partially closed. Mandated vaccinations are coming. WHO fear-mongering is hyping the danger. A month before the outbreak, it took part in a bioterrorism plague exercise. On November 7, Lake of the Hills, IL police conducted their own against pneumonic plague as part of the McHenry County Department of Health's emergency planning.

Burgermeister suggests that Baxter, the:

"WTO and the international corporate crime syndicate that funds them may have decided they could go ahead with their plan to trigger a pandemic in Europe and the USA because the public awareness of the dangers of the vaccine has become too great, not least as a result of WHO and Baxter being caught contaminating 72 kilos of vaccine material with the live bird flu virus in February."

Across the continent, opposition is widespread. Few are showing up to get it. On November 7 in Paris, a public demonstration against them was held. As of November 5, less than 0.1% of the French population was inoculated despite a mass vaccination campaign. 90% of Greek health workers oppose them. Reports from Portugal say vaccine centers are nearly empty, and doctors and nurses won't take them. Sources expect a "revolution" if they're mandated.

A mid-October Der Spiegel article reported an "open rebellion" among general medical professionals and child physicians across Germany over dangerous Swine Flu vaccines. Dieter Ludwig, drug commission chairman of the German medical profession, said health authorities colluded with drug companies to promote them.

In Denmark, most public officials and healthcare workers won't take them, citing the danger and saying H1N1 is no different from seasonal flu. Throughout Scandinavia, sentiment is the same with up to 75% opposition. In Sweden, as few as several thousand have gotten them. Across the continent also, in the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and elsewhere. Also large segments of the US, Canadian and UK populations voice strong opposition. Open protests are occurring in Austria. In other countries as well. Millions know the toxicity and won't touch them. Ukraine's outbreak may be a counteroffensive to force them, first there, then globally.

On November 6, innworldreport.net headlined, "Pneumonic Plague Outbreak in China Follows Outbreak in Ukraine." The town of Ziketan (population 10,000) reported two deaths and a dozen others infected. The "area inside a 17-mile radius" was quarantined to contain it. The "highly contagious disease, one of the most virulent and deadly diseases on earth, (is) usually fatal within 24 hours. It attacks the lungs and kills nearly everyone who catches it unless treated rapidly with antibiotics."

On the same day, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko called the panic over Swine Flu artificially created by drug companies. He urged people not to panic, and said authorities are monitoring the situation in neighboring Ukraine. Ten deaths were reported in the Minsk, "preceded by flu-like symptoms."

Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty disseminates US propaganda in 20 countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan. On November 4, it headlined, "Swine Flu Fears Spread from Ukraine to Afghanistan," then reported, true or false, incidences showing up in Iran, Belarus, Turkmenistan, Serbia, and other Balkan countries. "Afghanistan has declared a nationwide public health emergency and closed all educational institutes for three weeks."

On November 2, the Chinese web site sina.com reported that authorities in a southeast Bulgarian district declared an A/H1N1 epidemic, according to local media accounts. The "sick rate" rose "to 200 per 10,000 people," and in some towns is approaching epidemic levels. A later report said 210 per 10,000. Two deaths were reported, and Bulgaria's chief health expert, Tencho Tenev, said "at least two million Bulgarians, or 30 percent of (the) population, could become infected with the flu virus over the coming months."

On November 9, thebirdflupandemic.com headlined, "Russia, Belarus and Bulgaria On The Verge Of A Flu Epidemic As Cases In Ukraine Near 1 Million."

Same day Ukraine reports said 1,031,597 people are sick with flu-like symptoms, 52,742 have been hospitalized, and 174 people have died. On November 6, Russia's Chief Health Official, Gennady Onishchenko, said most regions in the country "are on the verge of a flu epidemic."

"Disturbing reports are beginning to surface in western Europe. In Austria, special army units based in Korneuburg (where Baxter's facilities are located), have been conducting pandemic emergency exercises and quarantining patients in hospitals. Are they expecting something to happen?"

Prepared in April 2009, the same month Swine Flu was reported in Mexico, it was revised in July and now easily accessed coincidently with the Ukraine outbreak. Its aim is:

"to prepare the whole of society, beyond the health sector, for pandemic influenza....including public and private sector organizations and essential services."

The flucase.com says it "outlines how WHO will take over a country's essential services, including water and sanitation; fuel and energy; food; health care; telecommunications; finance; law and order; education; and transportation under the pretext of a pandemic emergency."

The "guidelines" state:

"National inter-ministerial pandemic preparedness committees should map out the central government's roles, responsibilities, and chain of command and designate lead agencies," answerable to the WHO that's perhaps enforceable during a "health emergency." It may work like this.

Vaccine law attorney, Alan G. Phillips says:

"....underlying laws.... allow states to mandate vaccines in an emergency....throw out exemptions, (and) impose quarantines and isolation outside of our homes."

US laws are similar. They can mandate vaccinations and let states isolate and quarantine influenza victims if authorities call the disease infectious and life-threatening. Under the 2006 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act, the HHS Secretary may declare any disease an epidemic or national emergency requiring mandatory vaccinations, quarantine, or other protective measures. It's a short step to empowering WHO with authority over most nations in short order.

Its "guidelines" also want Defense Ministries to designate military assets to enforce vaccinations and quarantines under pandemic conditions. They also say:

"Ministries of Justice should consider what legal processes could be suspended during the pandemic and make alternate plans to operate courts" while it continues.

According to theflucase.com:

"leaked (French) documents show that the Minister of Justice has ordered the suspension of the most basic rights, and people can be incarcerated for up to six months without having to appear before a judge in a pandemic emergency."

Might America and other nations order similar measures under a "pandemic emergency," real or bogus.

Internal 2006 IBM Document Reveals Advance Knowledge of a Planned Pandemic

Titled, "Services & Global Procurement pan IOT Europe, Pandemic Plan Overview," it was distributed to upper-level management in France. It predicted a "100% chance (of a) planned (pandemic) occurring within the next 5 years," covering quarantines and operational procedures to be taken after an official WTO announcement. This document suggests what many believe - that governments and the drug cartel, in collusion with the WTO, orchestrated the current crisis, choosing Ukraine as the lead target. The situation there deserves close monitoring because of what may happen globally.

Replikins, Ltd. is a small Boston-based biotech firm that "develops and markets....predictive products and vaccines....based upon the company's discovery of Replikins, a new group of peptides related to the rapid replication function in viral and other diseases (capable of) predicting the emergence of virulent strains of particular diseases."

On April 7, 2008, a year before the reported Mexican H1N1 outbreak, it published a "FluForecast" stating the following:

"Replikins, Ltd. has found that the Replikin Count of the H1N1 strain of influenza virus has recently increased to 7.6 (plus/minus 1.4), its highest level since the 1918 H1N1 pandemic....A rising Replikin Count of a particular influenza strain, indicating the rapid replication of the virus, is an early warning which has been followed consistently by an outbreak of a specific strain. The current increase appears to be specific to H1N1; there was a concurrent 80% decline in the Replikin Count of (seasonal) H3N2, for instance."

"The current H1N1 appears to be rapidly replicating simultaneously in the US and Austria....However, the same virus replikin structures detected by FluForecast software in all three previous pandemics, namely 1918 H1N1, 1957 H2N2, and 1968 H3N2, as well as in H5N1 (Avian Flu), have not yet been detected in the currently evolving H1N1."

In an October 24, 2007 press release, the US Treasury Department discussed the "preliminary results of the industry-wide pandemic flu exercise....More than 2,700 organizations registered to participate anonymously (which) began in September and ran for three weeks." Involved were banks, insurance companies, securities firms and exchanges, and state and federal regulators.

"The exercise simulated a pandemic wave with a peak absenteeism rate of 49 percent....President Bush directed Treasury in May 2006 to coordinate with the banking and finance sector to better prepare its response to a pandemic crisis."

On December 12, 2007, FEMA Region I (for New England) hosted a joint federal-state exercise "to strengthen contingency plans for an influenza pandemic. Operation PANEX 07 is the first functional exercise of its type in this country designed to determine best practices for a coordinated multi-agency response to an outbreak."

Participating agencies included the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Health and Human Services (HHS), and Defense (DOD) "in partnership with their counterparts in the six New England states."

On July 28, 2009, CNN reported that the Pentagon will "establish regional teams of military personnel to assist civilian authorities in the event of a significant outbreak of the H1N1 virus this fall, according to Defense Department officials....The plan calls for military task forces to work in conjunction with (FEMA)."

Consider the implications. On October 23, Obama declared a H1N1 national emergency. The Pentagon will be in charge if conditions warrant it. Civil liberties may be suspended. Martial law may be declared. Mandatory toxic, dangerous vaccinations may be ordered, known to cause auto immune diseases ranging from annoying to debilitating to life-theatening. The situation in Ukraine bears watching. It may signal what's soon heading everywhere.

After working with Reversed Speech on government officials for more than ten years I can tell you that there is indeed a long-running plan to dissolve the Federal government and remake the world into what you might call a global corporate feudalism.  This plan is coming to its climax right now.  Although the final moves have been postponed several times, all indications are that there can be no more delays, and a global killer pandemic is the first step in that plan.

You are getting a lot of scare stories from the media (and the Pentagon’s billion dollar Internet propaganda machine) about the Swine Flu.  But the swine flu is a joke, and almost everyone knows it.The real pandemic is still seven to ten weeks away.

We’ve recently learned the secret behind the Swine Flu Vaccine that is being pushed so strongly on the public.  While the vaccine may make you sick, its real purpose is to greatly increase the fast-kill mechanism of the pandemic still to come.  Worse yet, the vaccine is being used to target specific groups of people who are simply not welcome in our brave new world. 

In the USA these include Blacks, American Indians, and Baby Boomers.

Background

I first picked up on this ten years ago.  I was intensely interested in Chemtrails, those bizarre streaks in the sky that first appeared in the week following Pearl Harbor Day, 1998.  They were linked to a banned pesticide, Ethylene Dibromide, right off the bat.  Most of the later stories you’ve read about chemtrails have been designed to draw you away from this initial identification.  Throughout 1999 I used RS to eavesdrop on Washington.  I got what I wanted, but it seemed of no value. I learned that the chemtrail operation was part of a billion dollar CIA-run program
called Starwars.  No, it has nothing to do with space.  It’s named for the first Starwars film which, if you’ll think back, featured a monstrous weapon aimed at an entire planet.

I also found that the Starwars program had a second component.  This involved CREATING a disease, and that something about this process involved BIRDS. Unfortunately, this information made no sense.  Remember, this was the time of Y2K. A lot of things didn't’t make sense then.  In this case, how would dosing people with the world’s nastiest pesticide be related to a killer influenza, and what was the disease to be used for?  And why?

That year was also odd because a propaganda campaign designed to convince everyone that the world was overpopulated kicked into high gear. You still run across it today, but it was intense when it first started. The result is that most Americans believe that they are simply rubbing shoulders with too many people. Excepting four or five of our largest cities, the reality is that you need only drive for 20 minutes beyond the edge of your town, and you will see nothing but nearly empty land. Overpopulation is a myth designed to make you feel better in a post-pandemic world.

I watched that year as government money financed three different expeditions to find 1918 burial sites where frozen samples of killer virus might be found and retrieved. I also learned that, although there are good indications this virus was introduced in injections given to Europe-bound U.S. troops at Ft. Riley, Kansas, the genetic origins of what was soon called Spanish Flu suggest that it’s genetic source involved birds – either in the wild or in a vaccine laboratory.

It wasn't until 2004 that I understood why the "illuminati" were interested in creating a killer pandemic.  That was the year I ran across an article in a magazine devoted to real estate that talked about the massive shift of wealth that would be happening in the future.  The author was writing about the retirement of the Baby Boomers.  Later I would learn that this would be the greatest financial threat our western governments have ever faced.

The hunt for the 1918 virus was public knowledge, as was the failure to find any living samples.  Also made public was the commitment on the part of CDC and others to find some other way to recreate the virus since the search for the original had failed.  It wasn’t too much later that one of those attempts scared the medical community half to death.  A Chinese laboratory, working under contract to recreate the virus by working backward from current bird flu allowed their creation to
escape.  Rather than give this virus a proper scientific designation, it’s genetic origin was hidden by calling it SARS, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome.

Anyone who knew the symptoms of the 1918 pandemic would have recognized SARS immediately as a virtual clone of the 1918 virus.  In fact, virtually everything we know about how to protect people from pandemic influenza (which is much more than the government or media will tell you) was learned in the SARS outbreak.  But SARS had a significant flaw.  It was not seriously contagious until after the victim was already showing signs of illness.  Intercepting people with symptoms stopped it from spreading.  The real pandemic influenza is contagious before symptoms appear, which is why it will spread like wildfire once it is released on the public.  But it will
kill in exactly the same way.

As reported in normal news channels, the 1918 killer flu was in fact rebuilt from scratch using the latest gene technology, made to match viral DNA that was brought back from the original expeditions.  In a civilized world this would be a capital offense.  But that is a world that mankind has yet to create.

In the meantime, governments have spent hundreds of billions of dollars preparing for the moment that the “Bird Flu” is finally released.  Do you think they would do this based on a rumor or perhaps a psychic reading?  All that money has been spent in preparing for the “continuity” of government, the control of civilian populations, and the methods for dealing with millions of dead or dying civilians in the most efficient and cost effective manner.  How much did they spend on protecting
or saving you?  Not a dime.  The public is still being told that everything will be fine if they just make sure their kids wash their hands.

Now, you may be wondering how the various governments expect their countries to keep functioning in the aftermath of an engineered pandemic that could take out a huge percentage of the workforce.  Actually that problem has been solved.  If you will think back to 1999, you'll realize that was the time that Washington began it's open-door policy for illegal aliens.  Likewise for Europe, and in both cases entirely against the wishes of their citizens.  So we now have an extra 20-25 million "illegals," all of whom have a lifetime of experience in societies where you don't fight city hall.  Although six or eight million may lose their lives in the Pandemic, there will be plenty left over to answer the need for labor.  They will be there to take the jobs, buy the empty houses and, in return for legalization, pay the taxes.  No problemo, amigo!

The REAL Pandemic Is On It's Way

Our Project (and this website) was created three years ago to track and expose repeated attempts to use a false-flag nuclear weapon to trigger the destruction of Iran and the theft of it’s vast oil reserves.  This plan is code-named GAMBIT, and the latest version is running right now.  Gambit has failed many times, much to the outrage of the Oil Cartel that conceived it.  Each time it has failed, the date for the killer pandemic has had to be postponed as well.  You can see an actual example in the report on this page:

Just scroll down to the first reversed-speech segment, which features George Bush absolutely furious because a 2007 attempt to set off a nuke in southeast Texas has failed.  Note that he says the failure will require another billion dollars for Starwars, the chemtrail/pandemic project that now must wait another year before it can be concluded.

The current version of Gambit involves a nuclear tipped missile aimed at some sparsely populated area in Israel.  Although we don’t know the date, we do know that the White House and Downing Street have been told repeatedly that this is Gambit’s last chance. It cannot be recycled and tried again.

Why have Obama, Gordon Brown and others been told that this is the last chance for Gambit?  Because the “Bird Flu” Pandemic simply cannot be postponed for another year.  Once it begins, large scale military operations will become impossible, and the U.S. will need it’s military here at home, perhaps for a very long time. Ready to go at least three years ago, the pandemic has been postponed each time a previous Gambit attempt failed.  Everyone is being told that this is not going to happen this year.

Postponements have been a nuisance for our Illuminati masters, because each time has meant another billion dollars for the chemtrail program in North America, and a similar amount in Europe.  Chemtrails and the Pandemic are two parts of the same operation.  We didn't understand why until we learned that pesticide poisoning distorts hormonal functions, and reduces adrenal availability.  The invisible part of chemtrails, the pesticide Ethylene Dibromide that falls to earth immediately and
blows through your neighborhood, is reducing your ability to fight off the Cytokine Storm, the fast-kill mechanism of the recently recreated 1918 virus.

As I’ve told our newsletter readers many times, the Pandemic has nothing to do with imaginary overpopulation, Satanic goals, or any other strangeness.  It’s strictly about money.  All the welfare states, including Russia, are going broke.  In the U.S. retiring Baby Boomers are about to suck away the government’s last penny.  Unless something is done, the Illuminati-run North American Union designed to replace the current circuses in Washington and Ottawa will quickly bleed to death if it must pick up the same welfare burden.  Socialism has only one answer for problems like this:  mass murder.  And it simply can’t be put off any longer.

There is a word we are finding quite often now in reversed speech from Washington and London: DECEMBER.  It’s always there, like the uninvited guest lurking in the corner of the room. When we are following current plans as they appear in the reversed speech, nothing seems to go past the next six weeks or so, and the thoughts trail off as the word DECEMBER appears again.  Like a dark cloud on the horizon.  It seems to be something so terrible that no one wants to think about it directly.  All my experience with reversed speech, and ten years of tracking the chemtrail/pandemic
conspiracy, tells me that middle or late December is the current target for the release of the recreated 1918 virus.

You will be told that swine flu has made it into bird populations and magically mutated to create a deadly, rapidly spreading form of Bird Flu.  There will be no truth to this at all.  The virus they will release is the recreated 1918 virus, already in many bio labs, and perhaps boosted a bit from the original 1918 variety in terms of lethality.  You are being given a psychological practice run for this
scenario right now, with scary but exaggerated stories from Ukraine.

The world will be told that there are no vaccines that can touch it.  It will spread slowly at first, but by mid January it will be sweeping the globe.  Make no mistake.This is the one I’ve been warning about, and you will literally see bodies on the sidewalk if the records from 1918 are to be believed.

Swine Flu Vaccine A Deadly Trap

In comic contrast, the swine flu is a joke, and at least half the world knows it. Even its official designation is a joke.  The original 1918 virus is H1N1.  This new bug, which does not appear to be natural in any way, would have some other number if the murderous clowns at the CDC were even remotely honest.  A lot of very sharp people have been looking at the swine flu and swine flu vaccine program, but they don’t know the larger picture.

The puzzle they cannot solve is why western governments are so adamant about getting people to actually take the shots.  Most of us understand that these big vaccine campaigns are simply money-making programs for Big Pharma, third in the pantheon of corporate players that own and operate virtually all western governments.  But does it make sense this time?  After all, these vaccines are already paid for.They could be dumped in a landfill and the manufacturers wouldn’t care at all.

It’s virtually impossible that anyone could actually benefit from the swine flu vaccine, especially with the nasty components included in the batches for the general public.  (Big scandal in Europe now about VIP’s getting clean batches instead.) So why does “Obama” want you injected?

Two years ago, when anti-flu products were designated for different age groups (workers, elderly, young people) the implications were clear.  Remember this is a welfare-driven emergency.

The secret purpose of the swine flu vaccine is not obvious until you fully understand what the vaccine does.  And you must combine that information with the understanding that the real Pandemic is just around the corner.

No one should take the swine flu vaccine – it is one of the most dangerous vaccines ever devised.  It contains an immune adjuvant called squalene MF-59 which has been shown to cause severe autoimmune disorders such as MS, rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus.  This is the vaccine adjuvant that is strongly linked to the Gulf War syndrome, which killed over 10,000 soldiers and caused a 200% increase in the fatal disease ALS (Lou Gehreg disease).  This [swine flu] virus kills by causing a cytokine storm, which means that it causes the body's immune system to overreact and
that is why it is killing young people and is a mild disease in the elderly.  (The elderly have weakened immune systems.)  This vaccine is a very powerful immune stimulator and carries the real possibility of making the lethality of the virus much greater.

What Dr. Blaylock is saying, is that the vaccine will greatly boost the Cytokine Storm, increasing the chance that people will die from the silly swine flu virus before the vaccine can kill it off.  He doesn't realize that a disease with twenty times the Cytokine effect is just around the corner.

In our newsletters I’ve been talking about the Cytokine Storm for almost three years.  It is the quick-kill factor in the original 1918 virus that killed several hundred million people around the globe.  In simple terms it is a form of rapid inflammation, similar to an allergic reaction to the toxins produced by the virus as it multiplies in your gut.  The inflammation takes place in the lungs, and if it is too strong, or lasts too long, it will kill you.  Often within a single day.  A popular saying in 1918 and 1919 was, "Healthy in the morning, dead by nightfall."

Populations of all western nations practicing socialized welfare systems have already had their ability to shut down the Cytokine Storm greatly impaired by six to ten years of chemtrail spraying.  Now, if the part of your immune system that produces the Cytokine Storm is put on hyperdrive by the swine flu shot, when the real H1N1 virus comes along in December or January, your chances of survival are going to be very poor.

No wonder Homeland Security has spent thousands of man-hours trying to locate sites for mass burials!  Those folks are not stupid, and they know what is coming.  You, on the other hand, are assumed to be both stupid and powerless.

Who Is Being Targeted For Death?

I’ve told you all along the Baby Boomers are the primary target.  The financial disaster caused by their retirement has been known for twenty years or more via simple arithmetic.  But the rest of the story is even uglier.

As you know, the big news on the vaccine front is that shipments have been delayed and, although every state has received some, supplies are limited.  This has been beautifully orchestrated to produce a specific result.  Limited supply means that specific groups can be selectively targeted for death.

Last week a man I know personally visited his doctor.  This man is a good Pharma slave – he visits an MD regularly and does whatever he is told.  He went for a quick check-up and his seasonal flu shot (yuck!), which he got with no problem. Naturally, he also asked about getting a swine flu shot.  He was told the same thing that others around the country were being told.

Because of “limited availability” the only people who could get swine flu shots at that time, whether paid or for free, were Blacks and American Indians.

I checked around and found that other people had been told the same thing.

Did I tell you this is a Welfare-driven emergency?  Although grossly unfair, it appears that our masters have determined that Blacks and Indians are the “welfare classes” in our society, and their numbers must be drastically reduced. 

Canada is marching to the same drummer.  Benevolent Canadian functionaries have made sure to send the first batches of swine flu vaccine, along with unusually generous supplies of body bags to Canada’s Indian nations.  Just off the top of my head, I'd say that Canada is expecting the vaccine to produce something other than the lifesaving effect being advertised!  Do you remember the stories of blankets laden with Smallpox given to Indian tribes in the 1800s?  Yes, it's same thing all over again.  Sure it’s genocide, but in the chaos to come you are not supposed to notice.

Just in case you do notice a post-pandemic statistical strangeness, the Pentagon’s domestic propaganda teams are already working on it.  The same people responsible for about 80 per cent of the goofiness you see on the web have begun recirculating old stories about diseases created to attack specific ethnic groups.  At least two e-mails on this topic specifically using the term “genocide” have crossed my desk this week.

This is a typical tactic.  If you should discover later that deaths among the Indian Nations or African Americans are disproportionately high, then you have a wild goose story already prepared to lead you away from the fact that these people were selected for death in their own doctor’s office.

Growing Resistance Not What You Think

There is a growing sense of resistance in this country.  We certainly see it, loud and clear, in regard to the swine flu vaccine program.  Guess what?  I’ve tracked about a third of the anti-vaccine material back to known Pentagon propaganda mills.

Why would they do this?  Two reasons.  They are very strong right now on fostering disgust and rebellion against the Obama administration.  They apparently feel this will make their job much easier down the road, when it is time to dissolve the central government in Washington, and “white hat” generals help to put in the new one.  They also want to make sure there is enough anti-vaccine hysteria on the Internet that fact-based warnings like this one, or Dr. Blaylock's simply can't be
heard.

However, just to show how difficult it must be inside what Orwell would have called the Ministry Of Truth, other offices inside this massive operation must churn out Swine Flu hysteria pieces at the same time.  Naturally, this is putting the gullible in a serious dilemma: Get the shot that allegedly will kill me tomorrow, or risk the flu which might might kill me next week.
